  • Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming box. However, we do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been shipped.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) or provide a suitable solution, such as a partial refund or credit towards your next box.
